The RCM winter group training sessions will be cross training sessions for strength and endurance. Sessions will include boxing, skipping, push ups, sit ups, core strength exercises, hill training and short speed work. The sessions will be approximately 1hr 30mins in duration.
Winter sessions are held from April through to August. Summer group training sessions will begin from September and will run through until March. Summer group training sessions are running based sessions for both sprinters and distance runners. Bookings are essential.

All runners must confirm via email or phone if they plan on attending one of these groups.
Who Can Attend RCM Group Training Sessions?
At RCM we encourage anyone of any age to attend our group sessions. We cater for clients with no running experience to clients who want to take their running to the next level.
